RAHAB Ministries serves youth survivors of sex trafficking and youth at high risk for sex trafficking.

RAHAB’s Minor Mentoring program is available in Summit and Cuyahoga Counties.

All youth being referred for RAHAB services must be between the ages of 12 and 17 years of age.

RAHAB Minor Mentoring is currently closed to community referrals. Please only complete this form if the youth is part of the specialized court dockets in Summit & Cuyahoga Counties. If you would like to be notified when community referrals re-open, please email [email protected]
